Ann M. Fudge
Ann Fudge was most recently chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam Brands, a global network of companies across the full range of marketing communications. Prior to Young & Rubicam Brands, Ms. Fudge served at Kraft Foods as president of the Beverages, Desserts and Post Division – a $5 billion unit. She served on Kraft’s Management Committee and has managed many businesses including Maxwell House Coffee, Gevalia Kaffe, Kool Aid, Crystal Light, Post cereals, Jell-O desserts, and Altoids. Before joining General Foods, she spent nine years at General Mills.
She serves on the Board of Directors of General Electric, Novartis and Unilever. She also serves on the Harvard Board of Overseers, the Board of Directors of the Rockefeller Foundation and Morehouse College, and is a trustee of the Brookings Institution.
Ms. Fudge holds a BA degree from Simmons College and an MBA from Harvard University.

John Luongo
John Luongo has more than 35 years of chief executive and senior operations experience working with leading technology companies. Mr. Luongo was President, CEO and Chairman of Vantive Corporation, which went public prior to its acquisition by PeopleSoft (now Oracle Corporation). Joining in 1993, he took the company from $0.5M to more than $160M.
Previously, Mr. Luongo was Senior Vice President of the International Division at Oracle, where he had worked since its early stages. From 1982-1990, he created and grew Oracle's International Division to 92 countries, 3,400 employees and over $400M, representing about 50% of total revenues. He is a director of numerous private companies and is a technology advisor to the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Luongo holds a bachelor's degree in East Asian History from the City University of New York. He has done graduate work in History at Princeton University, in Statistics at Bernard Baruch School of Business, and is currently a graduate student in Physics at San Francisco State University.
